1. What we collect and when
We tell you clearly when information that personally identifies you (“personal information”) is requested, and you choose whether to provide it. We typically ask for personal information when you:
- contact us through the website contact form;
- subscribe to our newsletter; or
- register a student, book a trial, or otherwise enquire about our classes.
The information we collect is limited to what we need — typically your name, email address and phone number. We may also collect non-identifying technical information (such as approximate location, language, device or browser) to help us run the website and understand how it is used.
2. How we use your information
We use your personal information to:
- respond to your enquiries and provide the information or services you request;
- administer class registration, scheduling and billing (managed through the Class Manager application);
- send you our newsletter, news and occasional offers, where you have subscribed — you can unsubscribe at any time;
- contact you about your enquiry or booking, including by phone or WhatsApp if we are unable to reach you by email; and
- compile anonymous statistics to improve our services and, where you have consented, to send updates about classes and offers (including by SMS in the future).
We do not sell products online and do not collect or store payment-card details — class fees are settled in person, in cash. We do not use your information for automated decision-making.

When you provide your personal information through our forms or newsletter, you consent to its use for the purposes described above, and you confirm that ArtVille Pro may hold that information. If you choose not to provide personal information, you can still browse our website, but you may not be able to receive certain services or communications. Every message we send includes a way to opt out, and you can also contact us at any time using the details at the bottom of this page.
4. Access to your information
You are entitled to review the personal information you have provided and to ensure it is accurate and current. To review, correct or update your information, simply contact us and we will assist you.
5. Security of your information
We are committed to protecting your information. Our website is served entirely over a secure, encrypted connection (HTTPS/SSL). Information is stored on secured servers with restricted access, protected by firewalls and standard security controls. To protect our forms from spam and abuse, we use Cloudflare’s verification (Turnstile). While we take strong measures to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Retention of your information
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the services you and others request, subject to any legal obligations to retain it longer. Information associated with your enquiry or subscription is generally kept until it is no longer needed, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe from our newsletter, your record is flagged as unsubscribed so that we honour your choice and do not contact you again. We may retain limited information to comply with the law, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and enforce our terms. Your data may also be kept, in aggregated or limited form, for statistical purposes.
7. Your rights
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area — or otherwise have equivalent rights under applicable law — you have the right to access, rectify, download or erase your information, and to restrict or object to certain processing. You can ask us not to send you marketing communications and not to use your data for direct-marketing profiling. You can opt out of newsletters and marketing at any time by following the unsubscribe link in our emails; this will not affect essential service messages about your enquiry or booking.
8. Who we share information with
Your information is never shared outside the company for third-party marketing. We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate, who process data only on our behalf and under their own privacy and security commitments:
- Google Workspace — email and communications;
- Cloudflare — security and spam protection;
- our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) — website hosting; and
- the Class Manager application — class administration and billing.
We provide these providers only with the information they need to perform their service, and they are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.
In rare instances, ArtVille Pro may disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that it is necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of ArtVille Pro; or (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.

You can opt out of our newsletter and other marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our emails (a single click — no login or account required), or by contacting us using the details below.
10. Cookies, analytics and external links
